Twilight Service (M-F, 5:30am-8:15am)
Twilight is designed for parents with conflicting morning schedules. This package includes a referral to a transportation provider who will pick up your scholar from home and transport them to our program. They will enjoy a nutritious breakfast before being taken to school, ensuring a stress-free start to their day.
*Please Note: All transportation providers are not employed by the EduCare Hub but work in collaboration with us.
Day Service (M-F, 6:30a.m.–8:15a.m.)
Day is designed for parents who are unable to wait for school to open. This package includes you dropping off your scholar at our location, where we will provide a nutritious breakfast and a referral to a transportation provider who will drop-off your scholar to school. *This package is especially beneficial for older scholars during the harsh winter months and can also be helpful for those who are able to walk to school on their own.
Evening Service (M-F, 2:30p.m.–6 p.m.) *Our Friday schedules are very unique!
Evening is designed for parents who are unable to pick up their scholar from school. This package includes after-school pickup by a referred transportation provider, care at our location, a light snack, dinner, and a 6 p.m. drop-off by the same provider.
S.O.S Service
The S.O.S. package is for emergency situations "only." This service provides transportation to or from school when reservations are made 1 hour in advance.
EH Mentorship Program
Have you witnessed the impact that COVID-19 has had on our younger population, from mismanaged emotions to social media and phone addiction? Across fourth, fifth, and sixth grades, we’re seeing students have trouble with sharing, taking turns, and working with others — symptoms of the developmental milestones many children missed in recent years (Christine Ferris, 2024). To help support, advise, and guide our middle school and high-school population , I'm glad to introduce the EH Mentorship Program.
We offer a hybrid mentorship program that meets virtually for three Saturdays a month and one in-person session outside of their normal environment. This program addresses a range of topics, from personal hygiene and pressure to college preparation and application submission. This program equips scholars with the skills they need for future success. Transportation and events are ALWAYS free of charge.
A Word from the CEO
Hello, my name is Timieka Maloney and I'm the CEO of the Educare Hub. I'm a three-time graduate and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology of Organizational Leadership at Touro University Worldwide. My dedication to community outreach and mental health makes me a valuable resource for our community. When I was a parent of school-age children, my biggest struggle was finding not only affordable, safe childcare but also childcare that was offered during non-conventional hours within my community.
I remember the stress and anxiety of trying to balance my professional responsibilities with the need to ensure my children were well taken care of. This personal experience was the catalyst that inspired me to create the Educare Hub.Our unique packages and mentorship program are designed to offer comprehensive care and development, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their parents' schedules.
